Replies show future customers you're listening. Aim to respond within 48 hours.
Positive Reviews: Thank → Specific → Invite
- Thank them by name
- Mention something specific they said
- Invite them back (a new item, an event)
Critical Reviews: Acknowledge → Own → Fix → Offline
- Acknowledge the experience without arguing
- Apologize for what went wrong
- Say what you're doing about it
- Offer a direct contact to make it right
